During your time with us, we will take the time to listen. We will focus on your needs and your goals to map a strategy for arriving at your desired outcome. We want to help you through the process in a way that best suits you and your family.
At the end of the consultation, we may present you with a fee agreement. For personal injury cases, we do not get paid unless you achieve a recovery. For other litigation, such as a divorce, we use a flat fee system wherein you pay in "stages." There are no surprises at Kinney Law, and the fixed fees cover postage, faxes, phone calls, e-mails, court appearances, document production and other services provided by our firm.
Your consultation will last about an hour, but you are not limited to an hour of our time. We want you to feel comfortable and to get all of your questions answered. In most divorce cases we charge a consultation fee of $150.00. We do not charge consultation fees for personal injury matters.
